Instructions on how to apply/remove nails come in every order! 1. File your nails short and push back your cuticle gently with the cuticle tool provided. 2. Gently file your whole nail bed with the file provided. 3. Once you feel you're ready to start applying, place a good amount of nail glue onto your nail bed. 4. Position your nail quickly before any glue dries and hold down for 10 seconds. 5. Repeat each step on each nail and your manicure is complete.

To remove press on nails, it is best to soak your nails in warm, soapy water until you can see the nail lift up at the cuticle when pressing down at the tip. Keep applying pressure to the tip of the nail to slowly lift up the nail. Once it is loose enough, the nail should pop off and you are able to reuse your press on nails as many times as you want!
